Could gap from wooden platform to the sidewalk or the street. Not impossibly long (has been ollied many times). There's enough run-up, but be aware of a tiny wooden step/boundary (around 2-in tall) right at the edge of the wooden platform (it just forces you to pop a tiny bit earlier).
