A gem of a spot. Very smooth surface, but it's also a tiny bit soft, so must expect a small resistance (it's not enough for it to be unskateable). To get up, one option is to use the cement walls (on the sides of the stairs), walk up it and then use a step to pull yourself up. Could also go inside the building on the left (if open) and get a cool angle from the inside.
