The rail in the image next to the little down curb on the three stair is removed. The curb/ledge is very waxed and slick. Perfect for any little ride on tech trick. There are also some other ledges waxed up right behind this building where the rail is, but they are not too skateable. Building is abandoned so the bust level is never pretty much.
